Fall in love again with Marry Me at Marriott

It’s one of the much-anticipated bridal fairs

“Marry Me at Marriott” is back. And this year, they dubbed the event “Infinite Moments,” highlighting the meaning of forever. Infinity is also represented by the number eight, which is why the event invited eight designers such as Albert Andrada, Andrea Tetangco, Debbie Co, Happy Andrada, Jazel Sy, Joe San Antonio, Julianne Syjuco, and Randy Ortiz for this show.

The stage was dressed in very peri hues of hydrangeas and agapanthus, even a number eight or the infinity sign was positioned in the middle of the stage. The waiting area was filled with different booths as well, featuring event stylists such as Flower House by Gary Dacanay Weddings and Events, Amantefleurs Event Styling by Julius Villamante, Blooms 2110 Event Styling by Allen and JP, Sabrosas Events and Talent Management by Elizabeth Palomares and Henry Reyes, Amelia Blossoms by Marinell Marcelo, and Jacqs Florals by Jacqueline Wong. Birthdays, debuts, engagements, down to weddings—you name it, they had them all that evening.

“The Big Chef” Meik Brammer and his team were ready that night, showcasing their gastronomic expertise that fit every occasion. Some of the food dishes served that night include Vol au vent of Pacific Salmon, Spinach and Roquefort, Roasted Beetroot, Turkish Feta cheese and Candied walnuts, Shrimp Al Aljillo on Spanish Toast with Extra Virgin Olive oil and Garlic with Pepper Relish. Of course, the Lechon de Leche is a favorite.

There’s also Chinese cuisine for both Ting Hun and wedding celebrations such as Vegetable Dumplings with Black Truffle and Wok Fry Tiger Prawns Station, and desserts like Lychee Cremeux and Mandarin Orange Fruit. Go all out with US Angus Striploin Coated in Herb Crust with Mustard, Creamy horseradish, Pink Peppercorn, Sweet Corn hash, and Goose Liver Croquette.

Six towering intricately designed themed cakes were also on display, a showcase of the intricate details that make for eye-catching centerpieces.
